Who runs this site
Happy Valley HVAC is published by Direct-Me LLC, 13203 SE 172nd Ave, Suite 166 PMB 2030, Happy Valley, OR 97086. Email: admin@direct-me.org. It is not an HVAC contractor.
The second-look form
The form headed “Free second look at a quote” collects your name, email, city, the kind of job and whatever you paste into it. A person reads it and replies by email. It is not shared with any contractor, lead broker or advertiser.
The quote form
The form on Get up to 3 quotes collects your name, email, ZIP code, the project, your timeline, any details you add, how you want to be contacted and how many contractors at most, and a phone number only if you choose calls. It also records the page you sent it from, the date, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
It is shared only in the way you chose and only after you tick the consent box, and then only with no more Oregon CCB-licensed heating and cooling contractors than the number you picked (three at most). If you chose names first, nothing is shared until you reply choosing a contractor. If you chose email only, your phone number is not collected and contractors may not call or text you. Only if you chose calls may contractors and Direct-Me call or text you. You receive an email naming each contractor it went to. Each contractor handles your details under its own practices once it has them.
Your details are not sold to lead brokers, advertisers or mailing lists. As of the date above, no contractor pays for these introductions; if that changes it will be disclosed on the quote form and the About page first.
Stopping calls and texts, or deleting your request
Reply STOP to any text, tell any contractor to stop contacting you, or email admin@direct-me.org. On request, your form submission is deleted; a record that consent was given and withdrawn may be kept to show the request was honored. Direct-Me cannot delete copies already held by a contractor, but will tell you which contractors received your request so you can ask them directly.
Where form data is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by the site's host, Netlify, and delivered by email to Direct-Me. They are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and keep the consent record.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and form submissions. It sets first-party cookies to do that, IP anonymization is requested, and no advertising features are enabled.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers. The license lookup runs in your browser against a copy of the state's public data; what you type into it is not sent anywhere.
Changes
If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
